According to Cubed³, a new boxing game have been announced for the Wii and it will go under the name Hajime no Ippo Revolution. The game is being developed and published by AQ Interactive who are also based in Japan.

An exact releasedate or any other information isn’t available at the time but you can find a gameplay trailer on the official website. Too bad you can’t really make up what the rest of the website says but pictures say more than words, especially moving pictures. The game is supposed to have the same controls or gestures if you will like the boxing game in Wii Sports which is enclosed in the Wii package in the US and Europe.

The game should come out somewhere early 2007.
