Ultimate Duck Hunting - what the Zapper was made for?
If the release of the Nintendo Wii’s Zapper has left you gagging for as much shooting action on your console as possible, perhaps Ultimate Duck Hunting (released in North America tomorrow) is a title you may have (probably wisely) overlooked. It was never being dubbed as a game to be used intrinsically with the Zapper, but can’t see why hunting fans wouldn’t want to give it a try.
Originally set for release in July 2007, Ultimate Duck Hunting is a realistic hunting simulation that features both shooting and retrieving. Choose your dog (yellow, chocolate, or black Labrador retriever) and train him to respond to your commands, all controlled by player motions using the Wii Remote. Gear up with name-brand guns, camouflage, and decoys – then it’s off into the wilderness to set up decoys, use duck calls, and ultimately become a crack shot using the Wii Remote to aim and fire at tough-to-down mallard, hen, black, and teal ducks.
Ultimate Duck Hunting features four modes of play: Single Hunt where players score points by shooting a set number of birds; Career Mode in which you take control of a character to hunt over each of the year’s four seasons and gradually train up your dog (as well as the different weather conditions presumably adding variety to the challenge); Multiplayer mode in which two gamers can face each other in a split-screen bird-killing competition, and finally training mode in which a mini-game exists for training your trusty pooch.
Players hunt and retrieve ducks in six environments, including Stuttgart (Arkansas), Oacoma (South Dakota), Oak Island (Minnesota), Old Harbor (Alaska), Coldwater (Mississippi), and Halifax (Virginia).

Can you upgrade to different areas to hunt. If you can’t the game would be better if you can do that.
