After launching in North America just today, Nintendo has confirmed that the Nintendo DS lawyer-em-up will arrive on European shores on May 09.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney is the first game in the series to be developed specifically for the Nintendo DS (those previously were Game Boy Advance ports). It is also the first to ditch Phoenix Wright in favour of a new defense lawyer, fantastically named Apollo Justice. You’d trust a guy with a name like that to represent you, wouldn’t you?

Justice has a right knack for reading body language, which helps no end during his enquiries, but the introduction of his friend and magician assistant Trucy is also vital to his work. Apollo also receives invaluable advice from Kristoph Gavin, his ultra-cool mentor whose perfect logic and natural instincts have won him numerous cases and the respect of his colleagues.

  Trucy : The mysterious magician Trucy started working with Apollo after a chance encounter.
