and if i’m not mistaken, the DSi can also be used as an mp3 player, DSi XL has larger screens, it has an sd micro slot, and has two cameras.

mushroomer most of the ideas are cool but they probably wont happen. The camera sounds really awesome but will never happen.

They should make the Screen wider like in that Disdaea DS ad in the Nintendo mag and make it have HD graphics and have a better touch screen.
also give it a Micro sd slot to store music pics etc.
those would defintitely attract the fanboys like myself

Great ideas! especially the “ds virtual console”
i would like to see bigger styluses. pictochat is useless mainly because it only goes enough feet where you can talk in person anyway. it’d be cool if it had the menu like the wii (like the psp with the ps3).

Pictochat is not useless. Sure it’s not online, but you can doodle and send jokes to friends, and that’s invaluable when you’re bored with your games.

I don’t know i think Nintendo might actualy do this since it is starting to loose sales in japan to PSP, why is it called a PSP asnyways. although it might be because everyone already has one but also why not make it more able to take a punch cause the touch screen is to valnerable to the slightest scratch.

I know Nintendo has come out with the expected denial comments, but the fact that the head of Enterbrain has also gone back on his comments, stating he was mis-quoted sounds a bit fishy to me.

Keep those ideas coming in and we can see if any pop up on any future DS revisions

1- 2 sensors in the touch screen like the iphone
2- no gba slot to reduce size and price
3- sd micro slot
4- built in camera
5- skype voip
6- larger screens and less dividing space between them
7- mp3 player
8- sketchpad
9- thinner 75%
10- chopstick stylus(2 stylus that can be held like chopsticks)
11- gyroscope inside to detct orientation
