There are all sorts of conflicting reports about when Ankh: Curse of the Scarab King will be released in Europe, but the latest from publisher BHV is that the point-and-clicker set in Ancient Egypt will now hit stores in the region on September 12.

Bit of a shame we’ve had to wait so long for Ankh: Curse of the Scarab King (it was originally announced last July and first penned in for a Q4 2007 release). The sequel to the PC original (and DS port), Curse of the Scarab King is very much an extra helping of what came before it - a witty graphical adventure perfectly suited to the Nintendo DS’ unique control input.
