Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir announced for Nintendo DS
Nintendo has today announced that Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir (see what they did there?), a Nintendo DS-exclusive spin-off of the explory-puzzly PC titles developed for the PC by Big Fish Games.
Mystery Case Files (known as MCF by those in the know), and is best-known for its Hidden Object puzzles, in which players must find a certain number of hidden items within a static painted scene before being able to progress on their way to bagging a million dollar fortune.
There are four games in the PC series so far, and it’s not clear just yet whether the Nintendo DS version will use any of them as a basis for its storyline. What is known, however, is that the console’s touch screen and microphone will be integral to completing Mystery Case’s riddles, and that the game will include a multiplayer mode for the first time in the franchise’s history.
Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir will launch on September 8.
