Yesterday Konami released the first official images of its upcoming Nintendo Wii beat-em-up, Castlevania Judgement, but as of then, it had only been confirmed for release in North America. In the latest press release, the developer has announced that the title will arrive in Europe in early 2009.

As you may have already read, Castlevania Judgement is a one-on-one fighter that features many of the famous franchises’ most popular characters, including protagonist Simon and Dracula himself.

Konami promises fully interactive 3D backgrounds; traps to set and monsters to call on for help, as well as head-to-head action via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.
