[E3 2008] Cooking Guide dated for North America

It was only hinted at briefly in Nintendo’s E3 press conference, but now an official announcement has confirmed that Cooking Guide: Can’t Decide What to Eat? will finally arrive on North America shores on November 24.

The title has been extensively marketed in Europe already (and has been out in Japan for quite a long while), and it basically turns your Nintendo DS into an interactive cookbook with more than 200 recipes from around the world, explained to you step by step through images and video.

The Cooking Guide chef talks you through the entire cooking process. Recipes include photos of the dish as well as instructional videos on how to perform different cooking techniques, such as how to chop an onion or clean a fish. Users can access a handy reference function to explain unfamiliar terms and cooking techniques when they appear.

Players can choose a meal by type, price, or length of time to cook. A big seller? You bet.
