The Humans is back! The legendary puzzle game loved by millions of players all over the world is finally returning in a brand-new version that will be released for both the PC and Nintendo DS portable system. Deep Silver, the games label of UK publishing and developer outfit Koch Media, is teaming up with small-time developer Blue Monkey Software Inc. to release this eagerly awaited title.

Gamers will be taken back to the prehistoric era and given the mission to guide The Humans in order to help them solve the quests that they are set at the beginning of each of the puzzle festooned levels. In order to carry this out, the people must all pull together; the player must plan ahead carefully. Assign tasks to The Humans in the tribe; guide The Humans using strategy and guile in order to avoid the deadly hazards and co-inhabitants of The Humans world. Add to the perils faced in the game a race against the clock and what appears to already be an imaginative puzzle game will no doubt go on to entertain and bemuse the strategist in any player up for a challenge.

“The game environments are charged with atmosphere and populated with more than 14 different characters, from hostile tribal brothers to sabre-toothed tigers, from mammoths to the dreaded T-Rex. Our human ancestors must prevail in eight worlds with a total of eighty levels, while following the course of evolution! As the game progresses, they will discover the most significant inventions in the history of mankind: fire, the wheel, and even weapons. And one thing is certain: there will be no lack of humor in The Humans!”
