- Handcar Pump: Recruits must move their handcar along the railroad tracks using their arms, legs, or both for maximum power. They’ll have to watch out for the objects that lay on the tracks, leaning to either side to avoid hitting them. Recruits will also need to periodically work harder in order to make it up approaching hills on the tracks. This activity is sure to give a great workout.
- Cannon Attack: Players will need to equip their cannon with the nearby cannonballs by performing a series of deadlift exercises and then, using the Wii Remotes or the Balance Board, aim the cannon to hit the targets ahead. Players will undoubtedly “feel the burn” in this activity.
- Punching Bag Dodge: Recruits will have to run though a course dodging the punching bags that are swinging from the trees at various angles, lean from side to side and duck down low to make it though safely. A great challenge designed to increase core strength.
Jillian Michaels’ Fitness Ultimatum 2009 will be released this holiday season, exclusively on Wii.

woohoo! jillian rocks!
Jesus those screenshots are ugly as piss. I really wish…just once…that a third party would at least TRY to make a good game.
I wish they would make a Wii Fit game where Gillian Michaels is trying to escape movie serial kilers like Freddie Kreuger, Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers. Now that would be entertainment!
I agree w/Kato & that is the funniest, most original thing I’ve read in comments, Selma… sounds great! how about not even just jillian, how about the users? nothing motivates you to run like physical harm such as an axe murderer or vicious dog lol (btw love dogs, but not all dogs were taken care of w/love & have become angry from it)
I like the ideas of it not being straight exercise, but fun things, that really helps with the fun factor & replayability. A full boxing coach, martial arts or other fun games.. how about First person gym games like DODGE ball? lol or any sport that instead of the usual video games where you control ALL of the players of the team, you can choose any position on that team (play other positions other times) & play it first person which is more sim then the former way.
